Ubisoft Montpellier SAS is a French video game developer based in Montpellier, France, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Ubisoft. Founded as Ludimedia SAS in 1994, the studio was renamed Ubisoft Montpellier SAS in 2003. They are best known for developing Rayman and Beyond Good & Evil series, and the UbiArt Framework.
