Ubisoft Toronto Inc. is a subsidiary of French video game developer Ubisoft located in Toronto, Ontario. Founded in 2010, Ubisoft Toronto was officially announced on 6 July 2009, with the studio location being officially confirmed on 4 December 2009. Led by Assassin's Creed producer Jade Raymond, the studio developed Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist, the most recent installment of the Splinter Cell series, in conjunction with Ubisoft Montreal. In 2011 it was revealed that the studio would be supporting the development of the new Rainbow Six game.
