Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist is an action-adventure stealth video game developed by Ubisoft Toronto and published by Ubisoft. The seventh installment of the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series, it is the sequel of Splinter Cell Conviction. Following the events of Splinter Cell Conviction, Third Echelon is disbanded and its remnants are reorganized into the newly formed Fourth Echelon. Sam Fisher becomes its commander. Now back in the game, Fisher and his Fourth Echelon must stop a dangerous terrorist group known as the Engineers who threaten several terrorist attacks on American soil to force the US Military to pull out of its overseas bases.
