Freedom Fighters is a third-person shooter video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Electronic Arts. The game is set in an alternate history in which the Soviet Union has invaded and occupied New York City. Chris Stone is just a plumber, and he was willing to live out his life normally even after the occupation until the Soviets picked up his brother Troy and charged him for being a terrorist. Now Chris must contact the real freedom fighters, get his brother out, and eventually, drive the invaders out of New York.
